Camelot Carnello, 12, is an emerging tennis star from Florida, USA. Camelot has been passionately playing tennis since he was 3. Right-handed, he excels on hardcourts with an aggressive baseline play style, and his favorite shot is the forehand. Inspired by tennis legend Roger Federer and the young tennis star Holger Rune, Camelot aspires to dominate the court with his aggressive, strategic and forceful gameplay.
Camelot began his tennis journey by watching his older brothers, whose skill and passion for the game ignited his own. Since then, he has achieved remarkable success in various tournaments, winning 11 TE U12 Titles out of 16 Finals. Between April and July 2024, he claimed 6 Category 1 TE U12 Titles, 1 TE Category 2 U12 Title, reached the final of the Dubrovnik Dub Bowl U13 Cup, and advanced to the quarterfinals of the IMG Future Stars tournament, which features the top 24 boys U12 in the world. Camelot is also the reigning U13 Champion at the USA Indoor Nationals.
Camelot is cementing his reputation as one of the top young talents in the sport. He has a strong energetic personality on court and he is a formidable competitor.
Camelot's goals for 2025 include competing in the Wimbledon U14 Tennis Europe tournament and making the main draw at Les Petits As U14. He is looking to win as many TE 14 events as he can to race on the TE ranking. His ultimate career ambition is to become the No. 1 tennis player in the world and win multiple Grand Slam titles, inspiring future generations with his dedication and love for the sport.
Off the court, Camelot enjoys playing golf, skiing, take chess lessons online and spend time with his family. He travels with his beloved 5-year-old black Maltipoo, Minou, who is a constant source of joy and companionship. FANtium is the leading platform for direct athlete support and investments. Athletes sell ownership in their prize money to FANs. FANs get the unique opportunity to connect with their favorite athletes, engage with them and participate in their financial success.
Athletes choose the percentage of money to tokenize as well as additional unique FAN perks such as real-life experiences. Athletes then issue and sell ownership of their prize money to FANs via FANtium's platform in the form of NFTs.
FANs purchase the token directly from the athlete through FANtium's platform and are entitled to a percentage of the athlete's prize money as well as the linked benefits.
FANs can claim payout of their share in the athlete's prize money after they have accrued. The financial payout can be tied to the success of an athlete during a single season or the overall career success of a talent.
FANs can put up their tokens for sale on third-party secondary marketplaces (e.g. OpenSea). Once sold, the new owner will receive the prize money earnings and enjoy the additional benefits that come with it.
Core benefits: (1) Each token represents real-world ownership in the athlete's earnings for a season or career. The ownership share is determined by the tier purchased.
Season tokens: entitle the holder to a percentage of the athlete's next season’s expected prize money.
Career tokens: entitle the holder to a percentage of the talent's career earnings and optionally commercial revenues for a predefined period of time.
(2) Each token is accompanied by a digital artwork (collectible) and additional FAN perks, such as in real life experiences, determined by each athlete.
Other benefits: FANs receive access to an exclusive gated Discord community, instant allowlist for upcoming athlete drops and access to future events.
